Salary growth

52% of respondents reported a salary increase over the past year, directly impacting job satisfaction. According to the survey, 49% of respondents feel fairly satisfied with their work, while 34% feel completely satisfied.

Top KPIs

Around half of PR specialists track their results after each campaign, release, or activity. The most popular KPIs include post reach (79%), total post count (76%), and social media engagement (69%).

Reputation tracking

To assess reputation, respondents commonly track media and social network presence, along with feedback analysis.

Business internationalization

In 2023, 20% of respondents expanded to international markets despite the invasion, highlighting a trend toward increased global activity.

Facebook leads for PR

Facebook remains the top social network for PR, valued by 88% of respondents. Instagram and LinkedIn follow closely, with 78% and 62% of respondents noting their importance.

Budget changes

While 30% of respondents saw an increase in their team’s budget, 20% experienced a decrease, and 18% reported no budget change.
