PRoduct Updates: January’19
Alerts in Slack, convenient sources managing, keyword requests analytics across countries with a single click. And that’s not all. We hasten to share some changes which we implemented in January.
Ability to hide selected sources
Don’t want to see mentions from particular resources in your feed? Now you can hide them. The feature also works in the opposite direction. If you need to view mentions from one or more specific resources — get information in seconds. Click on the resource name above the article text and select the desired option. Resources will be filtered both in the feed and in reports. The feature also applies to old articles, regardless of the publication time.
You can return a resource from banishment at any time. Go to the interface settings, click on the trash folder near the hidden source and notifications from it will appear in the feed.
Alerts in Slack
Since timely response frequently saves from possible failures, alerts are an essential thing to maintain reputation. In order not to miss important notifications, as well as not to switch between corporate chats and messengers, get them in Slack. To connect, go to the Alerts tab, select the delivery type, and specify your account.
Added a feature with the help of which you can sort keywords mentions across countries when creating diagrams in Analytics. For example, you can compare the tone of each mention in the publications of different countries and see which one is more favorable to the brand or company. It's simple — click on the button next to the diagrams icon and select the needed country.
